[Feature Request] Quick show/hide for Keyboard Shortcuts Reference

Here's a quick request (also willing to try out a pull request) for displaying and hiding the Keyboard Reference.
Since F1 seems currently unused, it might be a good option for showing the keyboard reference. When the reference is open, Esc key is a convenient way to close it.
For new users (like me), this would be a very convenient way to learn the shortcuts and get more efficient using the application, vs taking hands off the keyboard and clicking on the screen.

After opening the Keyboard Shortcuts Reference, the keyboard focus is still in the main window. Clicking F1 multiple times will open multiple dialogs.

Very strange. The Keyboard Shortcuts Reference window shows as a modal dialog.
