[Feature Request] Indicate pending changes

At the moment, it seems difficult to have an overview of the repositories having pending changes. It would be very convenient if the titles in the tab would indicate that there are local changes (modifications, pending pull/push). Perhaps the icon could be different (+ in a different colour), or adding a * to the title in such cases.
For example, I have a few repositories for todo and notes and similar text items. When finalizing the day, I like to commit the ones where I have made changes throughout the day and later pull those changes on the phone. Adding these indicators would make that task quicker.

Potential options for indicators:

• in the tab bar: icon, (*), colour
• in the Repositories view

• When there're local changes detected, a gray dot shows before tab name
• When there's no local changes but current branch is mismatch with its upstream a royalblue dot shows before the tab name
• Otherwise, no dot shows before tab name
