Always scroll branch/tag into view and select it in Graph, when re-clicked in sidebar list (even if it's still selected there)

This is hopefully a simple fix, for a slightly annoying thing that happens to me a lot:

1. I click on a (local/remote) branch/tag in the left Sidebar lists, which causes it to get scrolled into view and selected in the Graph.
2. I scroll the selected branch/tag (commit) out-of-view in the Graph, and then possibly select another commit in the Graph.
3. Now, I want to jump back to the originally selected branch/tag, so I click on the (still selected) branch/tag in the left Sidebar lists.
4. NOTHING HAPPENS! 😯 Here, I would expect the clicked branch/tag to be re-scrolled-into-view and re-selected in the Graph...
