[Feature Request] The ability to reorder workspaces

This is a cosmetic one but it would be convenient to be able to reorder the list items in the Workspaces list. A simple ^v button combo to the right of the +- ones would work great.

Thanks for an awesome Git GUI! Quickly becoming my favourite.
