Add key shortcut for file action "Open in Merge Tool"

To open diffs in external tool for selected file it always necessary to click on "Open in Merge Tool" in right upper corner. I suggest to add as shortcut for this action, I use a lot. For example Ctrl+D is a usual key for this action in other tools.
