2025.26 Can't `UNSTAGE` files from `stage` when checked `Amend` checkbox

In the version 2025.26 while I want to make changes in existing commit:

1. Select commit;
2. Make 'Amend' operation;
3. Added files to STAGE;
4. While try to unstage file, file does not move back to UNSTAGED state.

Note

Before 2025.26 unstage with Amend work fine
