Allow to select or enter another folder to scan repositories #1696
Description
On the welcome page you can rescan the default clone folder. But the confirmation dialog looks like you can choose the concrete folder, but the dropdown, it seems, contains only one element. It would be naturally to add new Browse... item to the dropdown to allow select folder to scan, and make the dropdown editable to be able to enter path manually:
Also note, that Global label is not localizable
