Feature: No verify commit flag

Hi,

I've been a user of sourcegit for months now and I miss no-verify flag when doing commits. Depending on the enviroment git hooks might be broken then it becomes impossible to do a commit with sourcegit.

This is not a feature request I would implement it myself if you find this suitable for the app just give me greenlight.
