The Tip of Commit SHA sometimes remain on the screen

I found a way to reproduce #727.

When I select a commit and quickly move the mouse to the SHA of its parent commit, the Tip remains, perhaps because the positioning element that generated the Tip has been updated. If you press F5 after the Tip appears, the Tip will be refreshed normally

I noticed that when this happens, the ToolTip is not displayed immediately and the location of the display is not on the SHA. Maybe it's due to the delay in initializing Avalonia's ToolTip.

I added Stopwatch arround var c = await Task.Run(() => detail.GetParent(sha));

Then I got:

GetParent耗时: 55ms
GetParent耗时: 73ms
GetParent耗时: 6ms

This sentence will not be printed when entering OnSHAPointerEntered for the second time. I suspect that GetParent takes too long and the mouse moves out of the SHA element before it returns the result.
