[Suggestion] Should not include hunk header when using Ctrl+A

I hope that when using Ctrl+A to select all, the selected content does not include the hunk header, as this makes it convenient to copy the entire file content

Done. The indicators and empty block (in side-by-side mode) will be ignored while copying text in text diff view.
