Update Traditional Chinese translation

Made slight adjustments to the Traditional Chinese translation for the strings added this week, and corrected the previously uncorrected translation for sign, and made some additional minor modifications.

I would include the following table in each PR updating the Traditional Chinese translation, so that future contributors to the Traditional Chinese translation could use it as a reference or make corrections.
