According to sonatype docs and gradle nexus plugin docs we might be able to get away with using a OSSRH API reimplementation provided by central portal.
Let's test it, before attempting to use any new plugins.
In preparation for this, I migrated the com.sourcegraph namespace and changed the github actions secrets for the sonatype user token.
