Label missing with TS Button

• Platform information: Windows 10 and Google chrome browser

Steps to reproduce:

1. Visit kunalganglani/whatsappweb@471ab3c
2. The label next to the File name, only has ICON of TS, but a Label saying Enable/ Disable Code Intelligence would help users know its purpose without waiting for the tooltip to appear.

Expected behavior:

Label Placed along with the the Button

Actual behavior:

Only Tooltip Found on the Button
