Spacedock 0.28.0-pre3

This prerelease simplifies worker dispatch and improves Pi startup and Homebrew installation.

  • Pass dispatch checklists directly through stdin with --checklist-file -, keeping invocation options on the command line.
  • Add assignment context alongside the generated worker prompt without creating a separate scope-notes file.
  • Retire the JSON-stdin dispatch request format; JSON output remains available.
  • Start taskless Pi sessions at the first-officer greeting and avoid duplicate contract bootstrapping.
  • Remove deprecated Homebrew hook warnings while preserving the macOS quarantine fix.
