This PR:

  • Cleans up compact block filter syncing
  • More detailed RPC error logging since reqwest crate obscures some errors
  • Removes dynamic loading of checkpoint block hash when starting spaces because we no longer need it (Block 871222 is already deep in Bitcoin's history).
