Improved the creation of segmentation maps. These maps are used by the disperser software to created a dispersed seed image. When multiple catalogs are used (point source, galaxies, extended), the output segmentation image now treats all sources consistently. Testing complete for sidereal observation as well as non-sidereal tracking. Still need to test for sidereal observation with non-sidereal objects in the fov.
