This would resolve #55 as well:

It doesn’t look perfect, but at least it shows to readers that clicking or tapping will copy the link to the section.

In a PR because I’m not sure about it.

I don't like the tooltip coming up on paragraph hover sadly. I think it's too intrusive. On hover for the element itself, sure that's fab.

Agreed. This is all done with CSS, so it is a bit limited. Not going to spend any more time on this now but I think it’s worth revisiting later (maybe post-launch?).
