Added addGeofence, clearGeofences and getGeofenceState to allow up to four geofences to be defined. The geofence status can also be routed to one of the PIO pins and used as an interrupt etc..

Hi @nseidle,
As promised, I've added addGeofence, clearGeofences and getGeofenceState to allow up to four geofences to be defined and monitored. The combined geofence state can also be routed to one of the PIO pins so it can be used as an interrupt etc.. There is of course a comprehensive example too!
