Add a collection view list layer alongside the table. DiffableListController, DiffableListView and DiffableListDataSource render the same models (DiffableSection, DiffableTableRow, subtitle, switch, stepper and button rows) in a UICollectionView list with the iOS 27 Settings metrics: 16 pt group inset and 52 pt rows. The list keeps its content above the keyboard. The table API is unchanged.
