Relative paths in nested includes are inconsistent. #4818

Subject: Relative paths in nested includes are inconsistent.

Procedure to reproduce the problem
Create a project with the following directory structure:
WIthin index.rst:
Within config.rst:
Error logs / results
Expected results
File included in documentation.
It would be nice if absolute paths were possible for includes, but considering CI, fixing the relative path issue is the thing to do.
