Smarter routing

• Smart routing reads how hard a task is better. A short feature request goes to an everyday model rather than the smallest, and a migration, a security audit or a memory leak goes to the strongest.
• Carrying on stays on the right model. A reply like "yes, do it" or "continue" keeps the model the task needs instead of dropping to a small one.
• Everyday words no longer read as hard work. "Across the page", "button design" or "the debug log level" are small changes.
• The routing card keeps each model's odds, price and Best on one line.
