the splunk/splunk-operator container. Also updated to automatically push the container to DockerHub whenever develop (:edge) and master (:latest) branches are updated.
tests, and a k8s mock client object so that we can write more for the splunk.deploy package. Added integration with coveralls and circleci for automated code coverage
