No working eclipse update-site

I try to follow the documentation for the eclipse installation but all the referenced "download-areas" are not really working in eclipse as "update-site".

May the documentation need a fix or the build need a fix to really provide these eclipse update artifacts.

I think https://repo.spring.io/javaformat-eclipse-update-site/ should work. Unfortunately, if you open that link in a browser Artifactory does a redirect to a URL that won't work.
