Update javadoc for HibernateItemWriter [BATCH-1741]

Morten Andersen-Gott opened BATCH-1741 and commented

HibernateItemWriter javadoc says "It will also flush and clear the session at chunk boundaries.". However, as per BATCH-1635 it no longer performs a clear at chunk boundry.
