The method MetaDataInstanceFactory#createJobExecution(String jobName, Long instanceId, Long executionId, String jobParameters) accepts job parameters as a string, which can cause parsing issues like #4253 .

This method should be deprecated in favor of MetaDataInstanceFactory#createJobExecution(String jobName, Long instanceId, Long executionId, JobParameters jobParameters).
