Provide end-to-end tracability for bound @ConfigurationProperties

For any @ConfigurationPropeties bean we should be able to tell the exact Origin of each property that was bound. It would be helpful to have a nice API to obtain such details and also update the /actuator/configprops endpoint to show them.
