Profile groups are not applied to the environment

We should be using `acceptedProfiles` [here](https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/blob/84bcd0eb1e43f296bffddce1b4da000f1ca40209/spring-boot-project/spring-boot/src/main/java/org/springframework/boot/context/config/ConfigDataEnvironment.java#L251).
