Like Kotlin Coroutines, Kotlin Serialization publishes a BOM with org.jetbrains.kotlinx:kotlinx-serialization-bom coordinates (Spring Framework is using it).

It would be great for Kotlin DevXP and consistency with Kotlin Coroutines that Spring Boot handles dependency management for it.
