Add CDS test case to Paketo system tests

The Paketo system tests should include a test case that enables the Paketo Buildpack for Spring Boot's CDS support with `BP_JVM_CDS_ENABLED`. 

We could also add a test case that enables CDS along with AOT using `BPL_SPRING_AOT_ENABLED` or `BP_SPRING_AOT_ENABLED`.
