Shutdown hangs when using ActiveMQ with a pooled connection factory

If you use the shutdown endpoint (HTTP or JMX) to shut down a context that contains a pooled connection factory, the shutdown will hang as the pool isn't stopped and its non-daemon threads keep the JVM running
