Add a support for distributed Locks [DATAREDIS-368]

Raddison provides a distributed implementation of reentrant java.util.concurrent.locks.Lock with TTL support and could provide pointers for a generic implementation.

Request is coming from gh issue spring-attic/spring-cloud-cluster#2. I believe a simplest use case is to provide easy functionality for cloud cluster members to execute methods with a distributed lock.

Something like this would be nice:

@WithDistributedLock
void method(){};

where we could swap the implementation backing some kind of @WithDistributedLock annotation

It turns out that we already have something like this in Spring Integration which we could adapt.

After discussing this issue and learning from other libraries we decided to not implement distributed locks as this mechanism comes with significant complexity and several vectors that are error-prone
