Strange MANIFEST.MF and extra jar file inside org.springframework.web.struts jar artifact [SPR-7033]

The org.springframework.web.struts released jar contains strange MANIFEST.MF and also contains a com.springsource.org.apache.struts-1.2.9.jar

This causes problems when we try to instrument this jar for com.springsource.instrumented.springframework.
