Access to propertySources in CompositePropertySource [SPR-12182]

It would be really useful to have either a public getter for propertySources or have CompositePropertySource implement EnumerablePropertySource.

Spring Cloud uses a reflection hack to get propertySources so we can enumerate the properties.
