Consistent documentation references to Jakarta WebSocket (2.1) #29581
Description
The current javadoc and reference documentation inconsistently refer to the "Java WebSocket" API which is actually "Jakarta WebSocket" as of Jakarta EE, and contains a standard request upgrade strategy in Jakarta WebSocket 2.1 now.
