optional attribute for path and parameter descriptors isn't included in the model

It should have been added as part of the implementation for #169. As things stand, you can't use a custom snippet to add a column documenting whether or not a parameter is optional. Request and response fields do include the optional attribute in the model but we should check that there are tests verifying the behaviour.
