Java Config hellojs Sample Login Fails

**Describe the bug**

When attempting to log in to the Java Config `hellojs` sample, it fails with a message:

```
There is no PasswordEncoder mapped for the id “null”
```

**To Reproduce**

Start the JavaConfig `hellojs` sample and attempt a login of `user/password`.
