If shell is hiding cursor(i.e. in flow components) it's not coming back. This looks to be somewhat related to tmux as someone pointed out in [SO](https://superuser.com/questions/1547622/tmux-keyboard-cursor-disappears-after-leaving-scroll-mode). This logic is somewhat controlled by magic happening in jline so need to look what we can do there.
