Our company absolutely must produce SOAP 1.2 compatible WSDL descriptors for our partners. To that end, this needs to be implemented. I'll begin working on a solution immediately and post it here for review as soon as possible.

The attached zip contains 3 classes :
Two are analogous classes for generating SOAP 1.2 wsdl files, essentially
copied from the existing SOAP 1.1 classes and updated for SOAP 1.2, the third class
is a new utility class derived from XsdBasedSoap11Wsdl4jDefinitionBuilder
meant for generating WSDL messages for only a single root element rather than all
elements in the given schema. I'd appreciate any feedback.
