Version 1.4 not deployed in Maven Repository

Hi,
I see in the repo that there's a recent tag named v1.4, but in the maven repository is not available.
https://search.maven.org/artifact/org.springdoc/springdoc-openapi-maven-plugin

Is this caused by an error in the deployment?
