Multi-database support

Add support for tenant-specific database connections, whether that's:

- Sharded database services
- Shared Database, Separate Schema
- Separate Database, Separate Schema

This functionality **MUST**:

- Work with the existing Shared Database, Shared Schema support.
- Have a way to “disable” or “toggle” some unnecessary database-specific functionality that is already present.
