This PR brings initial human-translated strings for the Portuguese language for the Tokimei Bluesky client.
For now, the translation was made directly based on the content of the
pt.jsonfile.Some updates will be required in the future, especially one related to the design and layout, as Portuguese is a very verbose language with long terms and words compared to English.
