Created new repo in here: https://github.com/sql-formatter-org/prettier-sql-vscode
For now I'm keeping all the issues still in sql-formatter repo. The VSCode extension README also points to this repo for reporting bugs. I don't really mind these vscode-specific bugs also ending up in this repo - usually they aren't really bugs in vscode extension but rather bugs in the core library anyway.
