mp2rageR

mp2rageR is based off the MATLAB code made publicly available by José P. Marques.

Some examples of using the mp2rageR package include:

1. Denoise MP2RAGE background
2. Correct T1 values using Sa2RAGE- or TFL-based B1 maps
