Can't get 16 gb dataset:

@laserson on their other mirror FTP site, the closest file I can find is ftp://ftp.1000genomes.ebi.ac.uk/vol1/ftp/data/HG00103/alignment/HG00103.alt_bwamem_GRCh38DH.20150526.low_coverage.bam.cram Does that look like the same thing? doesn't quite look like it. I couldn't immediately find another site for this file, hm.
