First release whose packages actually contain every feature. Releases 0.3.1 through 0.4.1 shipped a GigE-only binary because the CI test step overwrote the full build before packaging; they have been removed.

• Windows: EAF_focuser.dll included
• Linux: links libudev for the focuser; 99-zwo-eaf.rules included for non-root access
• zwo-eaf comes from crates.io
