v0.23.0

* Release 0.23.0

Bump 0.22.1 -> 0.23.0 in Cargo.toml, python/Cargo.toml and pyproject.toml;
`cargo update` (thiserror, thiserror-impl, zerocopy, zerocopy-derive);
changelog rolled to `0.23.0 - 2026-09-24` and pruned to five releases;
README gains a "What's new in 0.23" section for the breaking set.

Not tagged: the tag is pushed separately when the release is published.

* README: the gravity default stays 4x4; only the cap rose to 70

* tutorials: time.datetime() -> time.to_datetime()

Running every tutorial against the release branch turned up three that
still call the deprecated `time.datetime()` alias (GPS Example, Planetary
Ephemerides, Sunrise & Sunset), which renders as a DeprecationWarning
stderr block on satkit.dev. All 21 notebooks execute cleanly otherwise.

* tutorials: kepler.w -> kepler.argp in the Keplerian Elements notebook

Sweep of every deprecation the Python bindings emit (the as_* aliases,
time.datetime(), kepler.w) against the tutorials, guides, README and the
plot script: this was the only remaining use. The property reads and the
local variable are renamed; the getter's DeprecationWarning is filtered by
Jupyter (the frame is outside __main__), which is why it never showed.

* README: tidy the 0.23 highlights

Fix the CelesTrak link (celestrka → celestrak), fold the "not CelesTrak"
point into the space-weather lead-in, attribute the property-vs-method
rule to 0.22.1 where it shipped (#187) instead of claiming it for 0.23,
and match the file's single-space sentence spacing and short bold lead-ins.
