"Download as zip" produces broken zip files #447

Describe the bug
"Download as zip" feature seems to have broken in the past ~2 weeks. No changes on TutorialKit have been made, so it's possible that Node 20 upgrade introduced regression.

Steps to reproduce
- Click download as zip
- Try to unzip it on host machine
Expected behavior
Contents of zip should work.
