[Feature Request ] Sats per Big Mac ticker #2502

Describe the problem you're trying to solve
Per #1214415, would be fun to have a X sats/Big Mac ticker on SN.
Describe the solution you'd like
- Should draw from a credible and reliable datastream for big mac pricing (I don't know of one, yet)
- As far as possible should try to emulate the methodology of the Economist's official Big Mac Index (requires some research into the methodology)
