Should we just merge the multinode-steps branch after we're done ? There will be changes there still. Naming convention will change in terraform.

The `ci-multinode` environment is a clone of the `ci-aio` environment and as a result will need adapting.
This configuration is capable of successfully deploying a multinode cluster across three controllers and one compute node.
