Feature Request: Add KMS to CLI Beta

KMS missing in CLI

It would be nice if the new KMS services would be added to the CLI. Being able to at least manage (Create, Delete, List) the Key Rings, Keys (+ Key Versions) and Wrapping Keys through CLI.

Proposed solution

Add the following CLI Beta commands:

$ stackit beta kms keyring
$ stackit beta kms key
$ stackit beta kms version
$ stackit beta kms wrappingkey
